Excellent Stay

I visit Monroe at least once every two weeks. I normally stay at a different Hotel. This time I had to stay at this hotel because there was no other rooms left in the city. It was a wonderful choice. My wife and I had a good time. The hotel and staff was very cheerful and great. The only downfall is because of the football game in the city the room was somewhat overpriced.

No Heat and No Air

No heat and no air the whole night, notified attendant of problem. Was told she would tell the manager, she hadn't. Manager offered no help to the the situation much less a compensation or refund. It was a long night for us and we will not be back at this hotel.
