Great Staff as always

Another great stay here. Staff are always great and so helpful. Room was very clean and the resturant food is top notch. Evening drinks and food in the lobby is so relaxing. I recommend to this hotel to anyone travelling for business or leisure.

So-So Visit

Have to start by saying I default to Hilton properties and Hilton Garden Inn as my most common property...albeit usually in the US. This was a 1 night stay prior to Sheridan college open house. The good: modern rooms, lots of parking, comfortable bed. The not so good: Not friendly check-in experience, told the breakfast was $9.99 the next morning. When I inquired the next morning (Saturday) I was first told by the host they were surprised we had not ordered breakfast with the room - I don’t recall that option even coming up when I booked. Then I was told it was $16 each...ridiculous rate for what my son and I wanted (a basic breakfast). Managed to find a couple of bfast places within 10-min drive, but really could have used the convenience of a reasonable breakfast option. I will be more likely to choose another hotel on my next visit
