Stay at Ajax Hilton Garden Inn

Treated very well and rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was excellent lots of choices, very friendly staff, close to facilities, Resturant’s casino, shopping. Easy parking and free parking. Upgrades also help

Likely Will Not Return

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past several years. Unfortunately this will likely be our last.
We booked for 3 nights -- asked for a quiet room on an upper floor - no adjoining rooms. We were given a room on the 5th floor. It seemed very nice and quiet. At least until we came back from dinner.
It seems that many sports teams stay here -- and both parents and teens have a hard time understanding that they are in a public place -- not their own house. We arrived in the lobby to see 3 teens wrestling with each other. They were falling down - running into other guests. The front desk staff and the security guard both looked at them but made no comment.
We went up to our room and 10 minutes later the teens are doing the same thing right outside our door. I asked them to please quiet down and was verbally berated for 'ruining' their fun.
The front desk was informed - but - as usual no other rooms were available. The group continued to party until the early morning hours. This happened last time we were in this hotel. Obviously the hotel prefers the noisy groups who show no respect to other paying guests.
Will look to Whitby for my hotel stays from now on.
