Oh fantastic stay this was my first trip to New York, the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to Times Square, central park, Rockefeller Center and all subway lines. We were welcome with a sweet “welcome to New York” card in our room thanks Mabel. Later we got to meet Mabel in the lobby for our morning breakfast. She made sure every morning to ask if we were enjoying our stay. The staff was terrific. Demarist was nice and professional at the time of check-in .we cannot wait to come back.

We drove a 2500 , quad cab, long bed pick up truck into Manhattan. Checking in on July 7th (coming off Holiday weekend). Hubby, I and 12 yr old grand. There was no place to stop and unload, so hubby got out of the truck I drove around the block. Coming back down the street our doorman got the cab out of my way allowing me to pull in so we could unload our luggage. After checking in we took the truck out to Long Island and parked it there. I love our doorman: Donald & Charles. They were fantastic! They got traffic out-of-the-way so I could get the truck to the door to load and unload for our stay. They assisted us getting our luggage in an out. Greeted me by name every morning and evening when we came and went. Our room attendant was Gladys. We had a corner room with a king bed and a queen pullout sofa for the tween. She was wonderful working around all the extra stuff of a teenager. I ran into the manager one morning, Mabel. Lovely lady. Mabel found out that it was hubby's birthday, and we came home to a delightful surprise in our room, for his birthday.
Our location we were a block off of Time Square, in the heart of the theater district. Dunkin' Donuts was a block or two away in either direction. We were a block from the subway entrance, and a block from Junior's Café in Times Square. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time that we stay in Manhattan.
