Poor room maintenance.

We booked a suite ahead of an important meeting the next day. It was a cold night it was snowing outside. We arrived fairly late in the evening and were exhausted. When you talk to her Suite, it was extremely cold inside. We turned up the heat and waited patiently. It turned out only the smallest of the two heaters was working. After the only working heater was on all night, the temperature only got to 62 degrees. We got a crappy night sleep and it affected our meeting the next morning. The hotel was not very sympathetic nor did they offer any compensation.

Excellent and Comfortable Room, Great quality and affordable price. I was very pleased with this choice, and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in Layton. The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome.
