Not happy at all with the quality of the two beds- very old, smelly and sagged in the middle. Will not stay in this hotel again . No free WiFi access (standard in all other hotels I stay at). Very disappointed

The hotel was clean and check in efficient. We stayed for 4 night and found the staff helpful and housekeeper Hortense was exceptional as she was very accommodating. We were on vacation and my wife is handicapped so hense she is slow in the morning to dress and bathe in the morning. We found that this hotel had a sign to convert "Do Not Disturb to state that room was in need of no service thus if you were not out of room thus no housekeeping. On first night of stay with checking with front desk we were told that room may be made up if we let front desk know before 1PM. We found the sign to be misleading and an excuse not to service room. We personally asked housekeeper on floor to do room when we left at noon . Hortense was outstanding, as far as Hilton 100% guarantee it is lLIP SERVICE!
