Didn’t Love

Usually live Hilton’s. First time booking a room with honor points and received the “leftovers”of rooms. Air conditioning did not work well. Thermostat in the wall was for looks only. Old school window unit that barely worked. Dresser drawers missing handles. Took 20 minutes to get checked in. No one was there. After 20 min woman finally came up and said she was sorry but been there alone all day and needed to use the restroom. :( no hair dryer in the room. Called front desk to get one and had to call 3 times to have anyone even answer. I guess honor points doesn’t get normal service.

Reservation Email Policy is terrible

I made this reservation months ago, and was never sent a reminder of an upcoming stay. My plans had changed and I had completely forgot that I even made the reservation. I was charged $151 for a hotel room I never used. My family and I travel to Norman often, but will never stay here unless the reservation reminder policy is changed, or I am refunded the money.
