I am a Hilton Diamond member so I stay in a lot of Hilton properties. I use to stay at this property years ago, but switched to the Hampton Inn - Airport years ago and now I remember why.
Upon arriving the elevator and the lower lever smelled like a fast food restaurant. You know that greasy smell when you leave your clothes have that smell too. The carpet in the hallways is worn and stained. Definitely needs replacing.
The first room I was given was cool inside when I arrived. No problem they turn the HVAC down to save energy. I turned the system up and the unit had a low hum, but that was all it did. I did some computer work for about 45 minutes and no change. So I went to the front desk and ask if maintenance could look at the HVAC unit. They informed me they were gone so I was given another room. I get it things break.
Time to watch some college football. Not here. Half of the channel on the TV have no signal. Yes over half, not signal. The weather is overcast, but that is it. No reason for only 15 channel to work.
If you are in need of a hotel at the Nashville airport this is no it. Not for the prices they change. Go to the Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites. Much better accommodations.

The hotel upon arrival was very clean inside and out. The staff was very helpful and polite when I was checking in. The room was accommodating and having all the USB ports throughout was nice. The only suggestion I would have is do not waste your money on the breakfast. Go out to an actual restuarant and get better food for the same price. There was construction going on around the hotel that would wake me every morning at 7am both days of my stay.
