Difficult Experience

I'm big on integrity and my experience at this hotel lacked the integrity and service I've come to expect from the brand. That said the room was clean and the location from work and easy access to the freeway was great.

Nice visit but a bit dark

The Hilton Garden Inn Napa has an outstanding location. Service is friendly. The breakfast is served very nicely with lots of omelettes options, fruits, etc. Breakfast is done very well.

The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean.

Do not stay in first floor. It is too dark. Stay in higher floors.

This hotel does not have a back-up generator. We had to cut our vacation short due to California black-outs. The hotel has no back-up generator eventhough we were told it did.
