Ended up with multiple charges to my debit card that were not included on the bill that was given to me. Also was hung up on by staff when calling in with two separate issues. I would never normally even leave a review some where, never mind one this bad but this was completely unprofessional.

Housekeeping only came once during our stay. Called the front desk for towels, extra blanket and pillow never got them had to go down to front desk and get them myself. Toilet leaked/flooded bathroom. Front desk sent maintenance to fix it, he left and the handle was hanging off he said it was fixed. Next morning it leaked/flooded again called front desk advised I had to get ready for a wedding which was the reason for our stay so the maintenance was done while we were gone. Room was average, the shower was rusty and the shower head had tape on it. The wall paper on the walls was bubbly and uneven. The lighting in the room was terrible and the door to the bathroom was awkward and made it difficult for someone to be in the shower and someone to use the bathroom or sink.
