A Special Place to stay!!!

My wife and I were celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary. I guess the front desk staff, over heard us discussing it. That evening a row service staff brought us wine and other treats, courtesy of the hotel!
Wow! We were totally in shock! We immediately called the front desk to thank them. The person couldn't been more nicer! She simply said "of course It's our pleasure!". This was is the friendliest hotel Ever!
Kimberly, was the staff that checked us in!

Not the best, but not the worst

Was in LA on a girls trip with my sister, mother, niece and great niece. The lobby was nice and clean and pleasant smelling and the staff was friendly. We booked 4 rooms for a 2 night stay. Although I didn’t have any issues with my room. my sister and my mom had an issue with ants in their bathrooms. The ants were so bad in my sister’s bathroom that she had to request a room change in the middle of the night. Definitely would not stay here again.
