Perfect Location in Lincoln and Attentive Staff

The location of the Hilton Garden Inn is perfect. Guests have immediate access to Lincoln's growing night life and any events, and attending University of Nebraska sporting events is easy (walkable). In addition, the hotel staff was professional and attentive.

Horrible in comfort

I give a 2 for the kind staff and nice look of lobby. Everything else is a zero. Bed was hard as a rock and sheets were so scratchy. Pillows sucked. I had the worst sleep ever. Honestly we compared the comfort to motel 6 and it’s been a long 25 years since we had to pay for that crap. Worst ever. So uncomfortable. Bath had tub taken out for shower. Super low water pressure. Breakfast was okay - over priced for breakfast. Parking garage very close but additional $15 or $16 for valet. Cannot believe their rating. Would not recommend to friend or family
