I organized a trip to a women’s conference on a highly booked up expensive rate weekend in Indy. The Hilton Garden Inn had many rooms left as well as some bad reviews that made me concerned. But for the price, distance and AAA 3 diamond rating, it was the best option I had to book multiple rooms. We were checking in in the afternoon so there would be time complain if there was a problem. There was nothing to complain about! The Hilton far exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in a diverse number of hotel chains in America and as I walked in it reminded me most of Marriott, which is a very good thing! The hotel is in a lovely area with many restaurants nearby. The front desk representatives were very efficient and gracious. The rooms were immaculate and beautiful with 2 queen-size beds. The bathroom sparkled. We requested extra pillow that arrived promptly. Our group utilized the Kroger across the street for late night munchies as well as purchasing drinks in the lobby. We had a delicious breakfast buffet on Saturday morning with fine, attentive, entertaining service. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Really appreciated the organization of the entire process. Every staff member was aware that we were traveling as a school and very considerate of that matter as well. Most hotels do not understand the challenges associated with traveling with students / with a school district.
