The hotel is a great base for exploring the old town and river and venturing into the nearby Tuscan Countryside, too. You can also easily access the pretty towns along the Tuscan Riviera from here.

Best service in a hotel

The reception staff were really the best I have ever witnessed in any hotel. They helped me to find accommodation during Lufthansa strike and helped me with all my questions. The room was clean and restaurant offered both excellent dinner and plentiful breakfast! I warmly recommend this hotel for everyone planning a visit for Florence. Nice bonus is the 24h shop, which helps when you want snacks and the location next to a tram stop, which leads to airport.

Convenient location

One of the nicer Hilton Garden Inn's we've stayed in. Our room was large and well maintained. As I am a gold member we were able to eat breakfast there at no cost.
The breakfast included eggs, pastries, juices, fruits, yogurt,breads cheeses & meats as well as cappuccino.You can purchase tickets for the tram ( which takes you to the city center)at the front desk and the walk from the hotel to the tram is a short one. You can park your car in a secure underground garage for 5 euros per day.
This hotel is near a mall, restaurants , a coop supermarket and a university. Staff was very warm & friendly and the hotel is very clean & well maintained.
