This 110-room hotel opened in 2009 near I-94 and I-29 with familiar brand perks, including an onsite mini-market, trendy design, indoor pool and welcoming fruit water and a healthy snack as guests check in. The onsite restaurant and bar, the Garden Grille Restaurant serves made-to-order breakfast and dinner (with children’s menus available). The hotel has its own area for events and meetings, but also is close to arenas and event centers for large concerts and sports competitions.

The rooms were clean. The bathroom with walk in shower was great. Had an appointment at 8 am and called the front desk at 5:30 to ask what time the pool opened and they said 6:00 am AND then he came down and opened the pool early for me. A Complimentary Breakfast is the only thing I would like to see. The $11.95 All You Can Eat Breakfast is reasonable, but the two of us aren't in to big breakfasts, so we stopped at a fast food place.

The customer service during this stay was terrible. We have stayed in many other hotels in the past and found that from checkin to check out that the staff was not friendly and didn't care about me or how our stay with their hotel was. Our room was dirty, and the attitude from a staff member left my wife in tears. Not impressed!
