I paid double what other hotels in the area were charging simply for the purpose of comfort. I assumed being Hilton, the bed would be comfortable. Where are they buying these mattresses? Flintstone Furniture?? Yes, I know it has an adjustment on the side of the mattress. I would call it an adjustment between hard and granite. It was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever known. The floor would have been softer. I didn't sleep a wink. I checked out at 5am and told the desk clerk. She said "We're getting new mattresses soon." Gee that was so helpful. I will never stay at another Hilton.

We have been members for over 20 yrs. And have seen a gradual decline in this brand, fix it please! We want to continue using this brand but it needs attention. Maybe fixing and adding asome free breakfast items i.e. muffins, fruit, cleaner bathrooms and more comfortable beds would be a good place to start.
