This property was very friendly. Everybody from the front desk as well as the people in the dining room in the morning we're all very nice and very polite. As soon as we asked for something whether it was coffee or a Danish or anyting people were very quick to accommodate. The shuttle was extremely convenient especially since we were going right down the street to Spectrum. It was a short walk back because our show
didn't end until after 11pm.
Delicious coffee,great food and great service!
The next time I go to Charlotte I will definitely planning on spending my nights there.

Average Downtown.

Loud slamming doors. Lots of road noise, sirens, horns honking, loud exhaust. Valet parking cost $28 per day, and there was no cheaperr option available. Smokers huddled at every entryway, and while waiting on valet.
