We have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and this property was somewhat disappointing.
Pros-
On the waterfront / marina
Shuttle to Historic District
Cons-
Front desk staff unfriendly.
a. (Check in - we were scolded for asking a question before she was ready to discuss that with us).
b. Stopped by front desk to ask question and we were greeted with "What do you need"? (How about - May I help you?)
Housekeeping left alot to be desired.
1st night we got ice in our ice bucket and it was never cleaned the rest of our stay (3 nights).
There were 2 toilet paper holders and 1 ran out day 2 - was never changed out - they just left an extra roll on counter.
No trashbag in bathroom entire stay. Used coffee cups still there after 2 days. Basically, they made bed and changed out towels. This is DEFINITELY not up to Hilton standards based on every other Hilton property that we have stayed.
Also, the rooftop bar is apparently closed due to season but that was not mentioned on website or at front desk, also we stayed right down hall from rooftop bar so we walked by door multiple times of day. If it is closed for the season, how about picking up all of the cushions that were strewn about all over the roof. Stayed the same our entire stay.
We took the hotel shuttle to / from Historic District which was very convenient. They leave hotel every hour on the hour and pick up in Historic district at quarter past the hour- they wwre very dependable. We appreciated that amenity.
We will not stay here again. My pet peaves are cleanliness and professionalism when I stay at hotels and resorts. This hotel failed at both. The view is pretty but not worth the aforementioned issues.

As with most hotels in the Hilton chain, every staff member we met was wonderful and friendly. Our room was clean and everything worked. Disappointed that for the price we had a beautiful view of the highway overpass. Very expensive for what we got as breakfast was an additional charge.
The hotel shape is a bit odd so we had a long walk on the first floor to get to our elevator. We passed by 2 rooms that appeared to have vomit on the floor by their doors. We were just here one night to catch an event at a local yacht club.
