Overall staff is terrible, with one exception. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone. Property was overbooked and we were treated like it was our fault. What really set us off was that someone after us got a room, when they had told us that they were full. Asked them is being a Hilton Honors member meant anything, and they emphatically told us NO, not in this case. If it wasn't for the efforts of the one individual on staff who tried to make it right, we probably would not stay at a Hilton property again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I keep coming back. primarily because of the employees.They are very freidly and provide great service. The hotel is well maintained and has good amenities for the price point.
