Elevator call button - one worked other didn't. No clock in room. Carpet was not vacuumed properly - left debris. Piece of potato chip on night stand. Dried "BLOOD" on cushion of side chair. Furniture was old and outdated.
Sent email to GM - no response.
I am a Hilton Diamond member - ashamed that this hotel is part of their portfolio

The room was outdated and the bathroom was not clean and rusty. I was rushing to get ready for a wedding. There was no blow dryer in the room. It took over 20 min. to get one. The front desk guy was not surprised there wasnt one in my room and I heard him on the phone tell someone to get it out of room #___. So apparently they are aware of this. I had something I had to do on the computer. There are two computers in business center. One did not work and the other one only showed a 1/2 screen so you couldn't really do what you needed to do. This was so frustrating. Two times when I went to the front desk needing something, there was always a line and no one at the desk for at least 10-15 min. Everyone was very unhappy with the service. Apparently one guy was running everything. Also we heard a lot of noise in the halls and people slamming doors. The hotel is in a good location but I cannot remember the last time I was so unhappy with a hotel as I travel frequently.
