Fall Trip

My husband and I stayed here approx 1 year ago and enjoyed it so we decided to come back! Absolutely loved our stay! We are diamond members and had a reserved spot for diamond members. Very friendly staff at the front desk upgraded our room. Our shuttle driver was awesome too! Breakfast staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend as I know we will be back!

Recently renovated but bathroom had mold and fan not working.

In the first place the staff is clearly disorganized and not ovely friendly. They offer free pick up from the Airport but once arrived I called and they said the wait would be at least 40 minutes!!? The business center had both computers not working, and the breakfast was low quality at best. That said the main issue was the bathroom, no fan working so got super steamed up and there was clear black mold underneath the sink wall. In addition I staid two nights and the second night the maid had simply lifted the covers back on the bed and that was it.
