Was a fine stay overall. You're paying for the location basically. The staff was great, the room was a little underwhelming, and the breakfast buffet was overpriced for a fluffed up self serve buffet.

We stayed in room 601. The room has amicrowave, mini-fridge and Keurig type coffee maker, which definitely was agood thing. The room was pretty decent but was showing some wear andtear. The a/c unit grate was broken and the bathtub had a dark stainor chip inside. Overall the beds were comfortable and we probably stay here again. We did have some issues though. Our room wasn't readyat check in time but the front desk ladies did their best and gave me adifferent room as soon as they could even though it was not in the location I preferred. Itold them I self-parked and asked how that was handled. They said Ijust need to use my room key and I would have in and out privileges. WhenI asked what to do with the ticket, they said I could toss and of course when Iwent to leave the parking garage the room key did not work. I had no proof of when I parked and the keysdid not work. It was a very frustrating experience. The digital key never worked either though I spoke to the desk twice about it, not really a big issue though but that was another thing I had hoped would work at the parking garage when the key did not. I continued to receive an email after checking out saying they were working on my digital key. This is a system that has never really worked for me.
Although the issue may not be with the hotel, it was still frustrating. I thought my rate included breakfast but was told no. When I went back online to Hilton's website it would not give me the details of my rate so I had no way of double checking.
