Disappointed Stay

The hotel staff was quite flippant when I discussed the fitness center equipment and lack of water. Much of the equipment was not working properly. When asked about the empty bottled water provided in the gym area, two male hotel staff said that they are not responsible for the bottle water and that I should drink out of the tap. Just blew me off completely. Was pretty surprised by this. So I used one $2.00 bottle from my room and then the hotel charged me for two bottles used. Unnecessary and poor customer service.

First visit to Albuquerque

Staff needs better customer service training, engagement. Room smelled old. The bed was really comfortable. Liked the TV’s and separate sleeping area. Enjoyed the shower. Digital key didn’t work and I couldn’t do auto check in.
