Staff Could Use Improvement In Attitude and Archaic Views

Overall experience was great except that the woman who checked us in made us feel very uncomfortable asking me several times "are you sure you want one bed?" when my boyfriend was standing next to me. Was not kind!

The food however was amazing, the room service, and cleaning services as well.

For my cousin's wedding, everyone stayed at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris. The night of the rehearsal dinner, everyone came back to the hotel and sat outside by the fire pits enjoying drinks and laughs. When everyone returned the next night after the wedding, we all stayed in the lobby bar for drinks and some food. Not only was the hotel staff super accommodating, but they didn't mind the fun craziness the wedding brought. Also, the property is BEAUTIFUL and very close to many attractions, including TopGolf!
