Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, families are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and things to do. The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is also only a 15-minute drive away from this Hilton. After a day of exploring the city, families can get a good workout in back at the hotel where there is an outdoor, jogging track, basketball court and tennis court for guests to enjoy. The comfortable guestrooms and suites feature one king or two double beds, a flat screen television with HBO and a coffee maker. Additionally, the spacious suites feature a separate living and dining room area. Rollaway beds are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found throughout the hotel, making it convenient for the whole family to stay connected. There are several onsite restaurant options, which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I am here for one night for a business meeting. My arrival started with a long wait to check in (over 30 min) despite only 2 people ahead of me in line. Then, the elevators were another 10 minutes to get. When I arrived in my room to work on my project, the Hilton Honors login would not recognize my name/room number nor would it recognize my Hilton Honors ID. After trying multiple times, I called the front reception area, and was told, "Oh, that doesn't work, let me give you a different network and password". When I asked about this, she said it hasn't been working for quite some time. Really?
Then, ordered soup and a salad. The nice gentleman who brought my food forgot the soup, and when he returned with it, he said "just place the tray outside after you are done". Which I did. 9 hours later, it is still sitting there this morning.
The shower flooded the bathroom floor.
I could go on. Do not stay here if you have other options. There is a lot of work to do with this property.

I have stayed in hotels across the globe including rural Ethiopia. Never have I found a roach in my bed under the pillow. Need I say more? Before that the room was decrepit with blood stains on the bathroom wall, leaking toilet, stained carpet, ripped chairs. awful!!!!!! the poor staff member moving me to a new room (hopefully without roaches?) was nice. I am trying very hard to
