The room was spacious and clean, 2 double beds with balcony. There was a fridge and coffee making facilities. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Hair dryer and iron in the room. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It is well situated for the main street in Hyannis and the harbour. Breakfast was basic. The staff in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

Epitomizes the saying "you get what you pay for". Visiting the cape one night for a wedding, we didn't want to spend hundreds on a hotel. We paid about $130 for our stay at the Heritage House. The hotel itself looks nice, but we were assigned a room in a separate building. It looked fine from the outside. We walked in the main door and it smelled damp and the carpet was very stained. Our room smelled even worse and felt like a dungeon. The room we were given did not look like the picture advertised on the website.
There was a huge dent in the wall from repeated slamming of the interior door handle into the wall. One of the 2 Queen beds - the white duvet was stained. There was also a boot print on one of the walls.
