I stay in London often and can honestly say this is the best value hotel I have found , the location is fantastic just a short walk from a Earl’s Court tube Station and located near a pub and supermarket . I booked a small double Room for £118 for the night , the room was small but incredibly well decorated , spotlessly clean and modern and had lots of nice little extras such as robes and smart TVs , Breakfast was continental and was lovely and fresh I really felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay, staff couldn’t do enough for you !

Its certainly is what I would consider to be a boutique hotel and I will definitely stay here again .

Friendly staff, with a great location to Earls court tube and the Piccadilly line that connects to and from the Heathrow airport. A short 15minute walk to Kensington gardens and the princess Dianna walk.
The rooms have all that you need for your stay a safe, mini fridge, toiletries, ironing board and iron, local UK adaptor, flat screen tv. Unfortunately the bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows slightly on the thin side. Overall it was a pleasant stay and quiet from any surrounding outside noise, secured premises with hotel key access, breakfast daily with facilities to boil eggs, pastries, fruit, coffee and tea, they even catered for our gluten intolerance and provided us with alternative bread option.
Great stay would definitely stay again if visiting London, fantastic location to get around the whole of London, would suggest to purchase a tube pass from the airport tube departures.
