Positive atmosphere

I’ve been staying here at this hotel for approximately 6 months during the week while working in the Philadelphia area. The people at this hotel promote a positive atmosphere and makes my stay here enjoyable. Dawn at the front desk makes sure that all my reservations are in place and goes above and beyond to make sure that my stay is comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the philly area

Needs updating

Our room was so dirty and so old. I almost didn't want to go to sleep because it all felt dirty. Very outdated carpets and furniture. Do not assume you can use the pullout sofa to sleep on unless you don't open it because mattress was ruined. If we arrived earlier in the night, I would've considered leaving or asking for a different room.
