Lovely place to stay while visiting Key West

Friendly, helpful staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fabulous. Housekeeper Clunis made sure we had everything needed for our stay and continued to search and deliver for requested items. Kevin checked us in and was welcoming and friendly. Annette was fantastic with exceptional customer service and answered any questions with a friendly smile. Dimitry at the Mojito bar made a special birthday drink for us going above and beyond to make a birthday very memorial. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The pool and all its attractions were amazing. Even the shuttle to and from Mallory Square was on time as noted on the schedule. The food truck was always ready to serve with fabulous coffee and fantastic service. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Every aspect of this hotel was amazing! The staff was the best part so attentive and friendly, Annette, Keven, Willens, and Dimitri all made incredible impressions going out of there way to ensure our stay was exceptional and it did not go unnoticed!
