Went for lunch after spending the morning at Machu Picchu. Service was ridiculously slow (we were one of the only two couples there, yet waited 45 minutes for an avocado sandwich).
The tacos were inedible - they were far too salty. We brought this to the attention to the waitress, who didn’t offer to do anything to correct this, and then went on to give us the full bill including an excessive service tax. Note: most other restaurants in Aguas Calientes don’t charge tax.
Don’t bother going here.

The service was fast but the food was an absolute joke.
One of my friends dish got forgotten and then heated up in the microwave, another one got completely wrong, my other friends burger looks like a slice of sausage instead of a patty and my spaghetti were old, microwaved pasta with one spoon of Bolognese sauce - including a thick, black hair.
They asked me to pay for this as well tho I only ate two spoons full until I found this disgusting hair. Are they serious? Absolute joke.
BTW the kitchen staff either doesn’t wear a hairnet at all or not properly.
My recommendation? RUN.
