First, let me start by saying that I've been to Laughlin several times and have enjoyed my stays there previously. However, on this trip, I experienced several incidents that bordered on racist. After having spent over 15,000.00 there, I was followed by security for no apparent reason, I was denied the use of facilities that I had clearly observed white patrons using by a VERY rude security officer who made a production of escorting us away from the cabana, then allowed a f/w to pass him going to said cabana. My cousin was called the "N" word while on the elevator, and finally, as I walked past the cleaning staff, one latina housekeeper, looked at me and told another that she guessed they were not getting the same caliber of people they had gotten in the past. The other lay replied That she agreed that things had changed for the worst.
I am a 7 star with a 350,000 tier score, but apparently, all your security and cleaning staff could see was color.

Nice rooms and many activity options, the resort fee is just an extra charge which continues to be irritating. Good food options. Buffet is one of the better ones along the river. Nice smoke free section of casino.
