An UNFORGETTABLE vacation spent with FRIENDS. The service was EXCELLENT !!! We had a group of 12. Our butler Luis, provided service above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. He scheduled our activities, spa treatments, salon appointments, dinners, seats for shows, cabanas at the pool, jacuzzis ready after dinner and the list goes on. He immediately responded to our requests.
Besides our friends, Luis (butler) margarita (maid) Oliver (pool server) help to make our vacation a memorable one.

We had the best time at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo San Lucas! The service was excellent! Our butler, Luis, worked so hard to make our stay at the Hard Rock amazing and memorable - and he succeeded. He scheduled all our activities from dinners and in-suite breakfasts to spa/salon appointments to excursions into the city - not an easy task for a group of 12 individuals. He even reserved seats for us at the shows, the cabanas at the pool, and had baths drawn for us upon our return from dinner. He promptly responded to our requests and questions and always asked if he could help with anything else.
Luis was a significant part of the reason our vacation was so unforgettable. We all wanted to take him home with us!
The property is beautiful and the food was delicious! We wanted to stay longer!
