We've stayed here before, but this time we were completely disappointed as were some friends staying here at the same. We were placed in the wrong room, our key cards wouldn't work, another family was given our room and tried to enter while we were preparing for bed(not their fault). What a complete surprise for all! The desk clerk had to call our room to find out who we were and could have been more professional about it. I should add that quite a few people had key card issues while we were there for 2 days. Our hallway was terribly noisy with loudly swearing people and running. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear people talking outside and in the next room so the walls are incredibly thin. Wifi is terrible and you have to pay $5 a day for decent wifi.

We chose this hotel because of amenities and location to the soccer complex our kids were playing at. The only complaint I have was that the staff members were very distant and unhelpful. They were not rude or unfriendly but not personable. Otherwise, the room was great, breakfast was good with lots of options, the pool and hot tub were nice and the beds were comfy. Very enjoyable and at an affordable price!
