Cold, black water

First day we complained that we had no hot water. Next day, cold, discolored water, complained again... nothing solved. We were told we would get a call...no call. There was no attempt to rectify the problem.

Accessible with grace

This hotel had excellent facilities for me. Better, everything was beautiful as well as functional. Staff were gracious and accommodating. Meals were very good, beds comfortable, and the lounge available for the family to get together. I recommend it highly.
