Good location, excellent value and staff

First time in NY and was impressed with location of hotel, we prefer to walk as much as possible and felt the hotel offered a great base to explore.
As many others have remarked the front desk staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We had a good view of the Chrysler building from our room balcony, the room was small but great value. The breakfast had many options, it could get a bit busy around the single toaster but we always had enough to eat and always found a table. Free beverages all day is a nice touch.
All in all we had a great stay.

Great value for money

Stayed here as a couple for 4 nights. Very attentive staff, I had enquired about the possibility of a fridge before we arrived and they were able to provide one. Room was clean, bathroom clean and good size shower. Basic breakfast but was perfectly adequate. 5 minute walk to Grand Central, great location to get anywhere.
Would recommend.
