We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and were pleased with the services. The lobby of the hotel is in a former mansion, whereas the rest of the hotel consists of standard but large and comfortable modern rooms. The staff were very helpful with one exception (see below). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We didn't use the pool or the gym. The hotel is just a few blocks walk from historic Lexington. The one thing the hotel should fix is to have a consistent policy for early check-in. We were promised one so that we could get changed for the wedding but there wasn't one available when I arrived. That's fine, there are no guarantees. After being told to wait in the sitting area of the hotel, I heard a number of people who had just arrived being told their room was ready. I though initially that they must have had a different type of room than ours, but it turned out that whoever stands by the desk glaring at the front desk staff gets in first. Should be easy to keep track of what order the early check ins are. Other than that, great service.
