Maintenance issues only...

First and foremost... the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our only issue is with the exterior windows. You can't see through them to the parking lot. The double pain windows have separated allowing moisture and a milky white substance to obscure your view of the parking lot. The moisture issue has caused the guestroom to smell like mildew. This was our second stay within a year and both rooms had the same issues.

great hotel, great location

weekend stay for football and family. Staff were very friendly, checking in and out. The lobby is very nice and coffee, coco and water available 24/7. the breakfast was very good. location is a tad bit out of the way, but easy access to I-10 and Airline, so no problems there. in all, a very pleasant stay.
