Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty nice (good selection, decent quality, plenty of it). However, the A/C and heating system was extremely loud in multiple rooms, and you could hear the people above you moving around. A party was also going on downstairs and we heard people calling the front desk to complain about the noise, so insulation between floors seems to be a major issue. Pillows were extremely flat, and bed was squeaky, though relatively comfortable.

So many time I have stayed at a Hampton Inn and the equipment never works in the fitness center. All the equipment is Hilton hand me downs. This particular one tread mill did not work. Wasn't the first Hampton.
