So disappointed

This location does not represent Hampton Inn. The bathroom shower door and surrounding was very dirty. There wasn't any bar soap. Management needs to upgrade their training. We only stayed one night. Hampton Inn are the places we always stay and this was such a disappointment.

Convenient location, close to Marshall University

Selected this hotel when visiting the area to attend a college football game. The hotel is clean and the room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was traditional Hampton Inn fare. Parking is plentiful, and there are a number of casual restaurants close by. It is close to the expressway and within easy driving distance to Marshall University.
