Punished me by making a diamond member move 3 rooms to find no crib for baby

Due to much miscommunication by the front desk and housekeeping I was made to move to 3 different rooms with my cranky and fussy baby along with the luggage just to find out there was no crib.

Kate, the general manager was equally unapologetic and shoved us with the points and sent us on our way. Did not even want to meet us in person to apologise and gave plenty of excuses over the in house guest phone she was busy.
If you are seeing this message , do know that you should at least apologize in person for the mistake of your staff to show your sincerity.

Every thing was great would recommend to friends and family we will definitely stay there again next time , everyone was pleasant to talk to and the pool was great as well as the hot tub , the breakfast was great as well , we had a great experience and don’t have anything bad to say
