LakePoint in Emerson, Georgia is one the country’s largest destinations for travel sports. With more than 1,300 acres shouldering the beautiful Lake Allatoona, the venue has baseball, volleyball, wakeboarding and a lot more.

Hampton Inn Emerson LakePoint sits an 11-minute walk to the LakePoint Sporting Community. The inn is 37 miles to Atlanta and 4.7 miles to Cartersville. Cartersville brims with exciting activities like the Tellus Science Museum that’s 11-miles away, Terminus Wake Park that is a four-minute walk away and the Red Top Mountain State Park on Allatoona Lake that’s 3.4-miles away.

Wonderful Hotel, Awesome Staff!

We booked this hotel as the main spot for a wedding party and FL/GA game weekend gathering. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! This hotel is near an amazing sports complex with several fast food restaurants with-in walking distance. Although that wasn't our focus the hotel was full of travel baseball teams but you wouldn't have known it. It was quiet, clean and everyone welcomed us with open arms. Our weekend was a smashing success (except for the Gator's loss) thanks to the help of the hotel staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone with a group for any event!

Everything in this room was design for a Tall Man. Do NOT stay here unless you are a tall person. The bed is too high, the bathroom vanity is too high and there is no place to put your folded clothes unless you want to live out of your bag. Do not bring children here. They will not be able to reach the sink to brush their teeth!!!
