I tried to cancel the reservation I made 3 hours earlier and was told I would be charged for both nights because I didn't cancel the day before. The confirmation email said the charge would be for one night, if I cancelled. It's impossible to cancel a reservation that wasn't made yet. They wouldn't accept $25 cash to complete paying for the room in full. The room was cramped and very warm, even with the air conditioning on. There was a high pitched sound intermittently from the hallway both nights. I won't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the online check in was wonderful. Not worrying about where my room was before arriving reduced any stress. The room was very clean and the breakfast went beyond most similar stays..
