My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown Friday - Sunday. 1) Brandon was extremely helpful when we arrived. He quickly brought in our luggage when we got out of the Uber. It's a busy intersection so it was nice that he was readily available to get all of our things inside. 2) The front desk staff provided exceptional customer service throughout the trip. My kids loved the stuffed animals and coloring post cards. 3) Maria was tremendous in helping me during breakfast. My hands were full trying to get breakfast for myself and 3 kids before my husband came downstairs. She helped me carry items and was attentive to our needs. 4) The breakfast was delicious. A nice NY touch with the fresh juices, smoothies, and hot breakfast items. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable. You exceeded our expectations. I can't forget to mention housekeeping. Our room was spotless. Whoever cleaned it did an incredible job. Although the room was small, everything else was exceptional so it didn't matter.

Incredibly noisy hotel surrounded by road works, a big construction project opposite and seemingly a nearby emergency service who use their alarm frequently. 7th floor and can hear music playing down in a car on the road. Plus loud conversations. Avoid at all costs if sleep is needed! Staff great but costs cut at every turn in this hotel. Might explain the non existent double glazing. Building a shambles. ????
