One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, staff was great, smoothies for breakfast which was a first for me at a hotel and they were great! I drank both flavors. Definitely 5 stars. Very attentive staff.

This is our third year staying at The Hampton Inn in Brockport as our son plays football at the college. We stay almost every weekend from the end of August-November and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and the accommodations. Everyone always goes out of their way to welcome us and they go above and beyond to meet our needs.

During our visits, we have been able to do everything from using the microwave in the breakfast area to heat up food for our tailgating, hide Easter eggs in the lobby area for an egg hunt and celebrate a few birthdays in the lobby/breakfast area. This Hampton Inn has truly become our home away from home.

We are always made to feel welcome when we arrive and are often asked about our trip, how the game was and other major events that have happened on a week to week basis. This is truly a family atmosphere.

Our rooms have always been ready and clean upon check in. The complimentary breakfast has a large selection of items and if you don’t see something, just ask. The staff is always willing to let you know what they have or offer you an alternative. The 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea is always hot no matter what time day or night.

As you can see, we would certainly recommend the Hampton Inn at Brockport and couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative to the staff for always making our stay an amazing one!
