I often arrive late for work trips and my key is always waiting for me for a quick check in. The front desk personnel are cheerful, professional, and make it easy to check in, out, or update a stay. Our family always stays here because the breakfast staff and housekeepers are excellent and keep it very clean. We also like the pool!

The hotel was very clean and the young woman and young man working at the front desk when I arrived couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was that the room next to us was occupied by people who were quite obviously only there to drink and make noise. I understand that this happens in hotels but I was very disappointed that when I just mentioned it to the man working the front desk the next morning he did not even respond...he literally just stared at me. I didn't expect him to be able to fix something that had happened the night before but an "I'm sorry that happened" would have been nice!
