We were unfamiliar with Atlanta traffic, so the shuttle service provided was a relief! The drivers were very friendly and always prompt. The breakfast spread was AMAZING! Fresh and extensive. I will certainly book here again next time we are in Atlanta.

Front desk clerk did not react when told of dangerous fluid spill on tile floor in front of first floor elevator. I informed him once and then again about 10 or 15 minutes later. A cleaning lady even walked right past the spill with a rolling basket full of towels and did not bother to wipe it up. Front desk clerk defended the employee saying that only certain individuals perform certain tasks. Go figure. I guess the spill-wiper-upper was on break.
