Reservation miss and dirty bathroom

Had a 3 night reservation. 1st night room was not available. Front desk stated that cleaning staff walked out that day and room was not available. Ensured the other 2 nights were available. Reservation deleted when I came back. They had to fix it. Bathroom dirty

Dated and crowded

Place was packed with tour bus folks - couldn't find a place to sit at breakfast - food was mediocre at best - dated property with a need for a deep deep clean and rejuvenation. Staff were nice, room was quiet.
