the manager was unbelievably rude. unfriendly and unprofessional. clearly has had no customer service training whatsoever. spoke to paying customers with such an attitude I was stunned. really concerned that a person of this nature is running this hotel.

I wasn't sure what to expect at a hotel in a small town, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very clean, the complimentary breakfast was really good, and there was plenty of parking. There weren't many restaurants around, but we had a rental car and could drive to other areas to eat.

Each morning, I had breakfast at the hotel, and stayed for about an hour after I had eaten. I noticed that one of the staff members that worked in that area greeted each person as they came in. She offered to take plates and was sure to ask if we enjoyed our breakfast. I watched her do this everyday for the 3 days of my stay. I actually looked forward to seeing her in the morning, because she was so genuine. So I want to say, THANK YOU MITCH, for making my day x 3!
