Great customer service

If you want a hotel with clean rooms, up to date furnishings and lobby, plus out of this world customer service, this is the place. We had a delay in getting our room and the receptionist was outstanding.

Front Desk is a Problem

Digital key didn't work. Digital check-out didn't work. Digital check-in got changed. Computers down during stay. As a result, got double-billed. When I called, got equivalent of a shoulder-shrug. Nothing wrong with rooms or breakfast, but front desk staff is poor.
