Clean comfortable but only one chair for room with 2 queen beds

Near airport but we heard no noise from planes

J.R. makes gourmet scrambled eggs worthy of a 5 star restaurant. Worth the stay just for those.

What I liked about this hotel---VERY nice staff both in lobby check-in and breakfast area. Newly remodeled clean rooms---showers only in these newly remodeled Hilton properties. Comfy beds. Not far from the downtown Sarasota area. What I did not like--Lobby had many makeshift tables in the breakfast area that made it look tacky...I guess they discovered they did not have enough furniture??? There was no occasional chair in our room, only a desk chair and bed. Overall it was a very nice stay although the aesthetics could be greatly improved by making the lobby more inviting plus adding an occasional chair to the rooms.
